e-Registration Platform

With the advancement of technology, registration for events has also been made simple, fast and easy.

Our e-Registration portal is able to support registrations on both desktop and mobile platforms, making registration possible even when you are on-the-go.

Check out a simple guide below on how it works!

Step One: Visit the Registration Portal

Visit to our one-stop registration portal at www.eventrex.sg for a seamless event registration experience.

Step Two: Select the Event

Simply select the event(s) that you are registering for.

You will also be able to see the time remaining to register before the registration closes.

Once the registration is closed, you will not be able to register for the event.

Step Three: Enter Access/Invitation Code

Some events are on an invitation basis.

You will be required to enter a 6-digit event code to gain access to the registration page.

If the event is open to public, you will be directed straight to the registration page.

Step Four: Enter Registration Details

On the registration page, you will be able to see full details of the event you are registering for. There will also be an FAQ page to answer common questions.

These fields are customisable based on the information required by the event organiser.

The sample image on the right shows the basic fields required for a Family Day Carnival event.

Step Five: Confirmation via e-Mail

Once you have completed and submitted your registration, you will receive a summary of your registration information via e-mail.

The summary will also contain a unique QR Code which will be used for a seamless on-site check in when you are present for the event.
